PS: sometimes we don´t imagine how good a change can look untill we try, in this case i add more contrast and it look's so much better... you should try...

Your picture and your choice but there is a lot to do here!.
Check with some Dreamy glow technique that tommyguns discussed with Mrblue earlier on. That would definitely work here too!
...and if I forgot to mention it the model rocks!

Contrast, depth in the blacks, some more sharpness on the eyes would certainly
add a lot to your work.
