The cut is unusual indeed and, at least for my eyes, a bit disturbing/distracting.
A cut half through the nose might work better. Or if you want to preserve the nose and lips fully, a re-shot with other cropping in mind would turn out nicely, I guess.
Other than that the B/W is nicely done.

He He - Aneta i think you've already cropped some from the pic (your comment after Mr Blue?) if you keep listening to everybody you know won't have any face left at all .... I now find the edge of the eye socket that just shows a little off putting but.. if you crop just to remove this it makes her nose look very fat so you'd need to crop further again to just take out the left nostril... I like that crop but it cuts into her lips - which I don't find a problem but if you do - then you should follow your own instinct!
I like the image very much - the B/w suits the mood

Lovely! You're very beautiful. Other than cropping just a little more on the left, I like your decision to crop as you did. Great choice with B&W as well. The expression is perfect.
